• Sprung top friction bollard, applies low level braking force
even when rope not held.

• Moving top friction bollard, multiplies the braking force
applied by user.

• Variable threading of the rope provides different friction
modes allowing for:
o Low angle positioning on steep slopes
o Long descents with a heavy tail rope
o Short descents with minimal tail rope
o Descents with a casualty

• Can also be used as a one way locking pulley for hauling purposes.
