Roof safety systems should always be designed to prevent a person getting into a situation where a fall might occur. The RoofRider is a versatile restraint and positioning anchor line based on the design of our popular Piranha pole belt for tower climbers.

The RoofRider has very smooth control and is easy to use with one hand - for both taking in and paying out.

20 metre x 12 mm diameter UV stabilised high strength TECTRA rope complete with sewn terminations and abrasion protection. 50 KN captive twistlock karabiner end connector supplied as standard. RoofRider has a stainless steel body, cam and fixings for durability.

When using restraint equipment, always ensure that slack or stretch in the anchor line would not permit a fall over an edge. When working at the corner of a roof, it may be necessary to use two systems to be sure of proper protection.

If the RoofRider is used to provide support to the user, for example in steep situations, an additional RoofRider or other safety back-up should always be employed.
