We believe you will always be pleased with the products you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we operate a 30 day returns guarantee. If you return the product to us, unopened, (with any seals or packaging intact) in original condition within 30 days of receiving it, we will issue a full refund of the goods. (We do not refund postage costs).
Note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
NB: You may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cooling off period.
Customers in the European Union may withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after it is delivered. If you want to cancel your purchase within the cooling-off period, fill out the delivery note sent with the product quoting "contract cancellation". Send to us, securely packed, with the delivery note so we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date the item was delivered to you.
We recommend using a recorded-delivery service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
