Popular course for rescue and evacuation from wind turbines. Covers several module areas over 1 day.

For people who are competent to work at height and require skills to provide rescue or self-evacuation from wind turbine generators.

A stand alone module which comprises the second day of the WTG Climber course. Provides the skills needed to assess and plan a rescue, make the casualty safe and remove them to the ground. Practical exercises include live rescue of a casualty from the ladders and use of the evacuation device from height.

entry rqmts: Candidates should be comfortable with exposure to height. Candidates should be competent in the use of fall protection equipment and have experience of climbing WTG.
