This rescue training course covers the use of equipment for evacuation in accordance with HSE guidelines.

Candidates will acquire the skills and knowledge required to carry out self evacuation or rescue of a casualty.

Elements covered includes selection of suitable anchor points, hazard awareness, Micron device methods of operation, lowering/raising operations including all aspects associated with the dangers of harness suspension.

The course is both practical and classroom based. Please refer to entry requirements before booking this course.
