For tower crane workers who may need to rescue a casualty from the cab, crane or tall structure, or rescue a person suspended after a fall.

For people who work on tall structures to enable them to evacuate or rescue another person.

Tower crane rescue evacuation training course will give candidates the skills in how use RescuePack to rescue a casualty to the ground. Raising or lowering techniques can be employed using RescuePack to allow movement to a safe descent location.

Includes anchor point selection, idenfitifation of safe descent paths, care of casualty and how to handle a suspended trauma casualty correctly.

Practical exercises include the use of a casualty harness and extension pole.

Complies with the requirements of Construction Plant-hire Association technical note TIN013 Rescue of Personnel From Height on Tower Cranes™.
