We make every effort to ship orders of value below GBP 1000 on the day of receipt if placed before 12 noon (Mon-Fri). This may not be possible for larger orders or products with special packing requirements.

Where can you deliver to?

Our normal method of despatch is by carrier for the majority of destinations on mainland UK on a 1-2 working day basis.

A guaranteed next working day service is available upon request at a competitive rate.

We deliver to any destination in the world by a method agreed with you.

How much does it cost?

Delivery is charged based on delivery location and weight. Delivery costs are given at the checkout.

Additional charges will be payable for deliveries required at special times, for example, guaranteed next day, before midday or before 10 am.

Parcels are dispatched at standard or economy rate, unless requested and quoted separately.

Who is responsible for Customs & Excise Duty?

Please note: Orders from outside of the UK may be liable for customs or excise duty upon receiving the goods according to the customs and excise regulations in that country and any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise you to contact your local chamber of commerce to ascertain if you may be charged any import tax on your items. If you fail to pay the charges and the courier we use returns the goods to us, then you will be liable for any associated charges for doing this (the cost of the return and any charges we have incurred to clear the items through your customs).

Is there anything else I should know?

Please note: Despite our best efforts, deliveries do not always arrive when we expect. If the time of delivery is especially important to you, please discuss this with us before confirming your order.

Although we might ship a product when we promise, we do not have control over what subsequently happens to it.

We cannot accept any responsibility for consequences arising from delivery of an order being delayed, but will do everything we can to track your order and help get it to you as soon as possible.

We cannot deliver to any address without a postcode.

There must be a person available to sign for receipt of the products. Our delivery agents will not leave products without such a confirmation e.g. we cannot deliver to unattended locations.

Problems may occur with delivery to site offices which are shared by several contractors. It is impossible for us to ensure that delivery is taken by the correct party. Please take care when specifying site addresses for delivery.
